Coboconk's first station was built in 1872 by the Toronto and Nipissing Railway (later Midland/GTR). It was destroyed by fire around 1908 and replaced with a second station built by the GTR (later CN). Recently the station was moved to a temporary location where it will eventually serve as the new Summit Wellness Centre. The scheduled opening has been set for the spring/summer of 2025.
